Bullard EDP10 Free-Air Ambient Pump

Bullard EDP10 Free-Air Ambient Pump.
Please review pictures carefully since they are the most important part of my description.
In my opinion it is in solid physical condition with no major damages to describe however please refer to pictures, zoom in and judge for yourself.
This pump has been tested as follows:
After plugging it in it runs and I put my hand on the inner connection where the second filter is supposed to go (not included) and I can feel the suction also put my hand on the outer connection and I can feel it blowing.
I have done this testing with the best of my knowledge and no farther testing has been performed.
Please note that gauge is not present nor filter that goes up right only the one behind the outer tube is present as shown in pictures.
When I purchased this at a garage sale I was told that it was fully functional and that it was replace for an upgrade however I cannot guarantee that and I can only guarantee what I have described.
A deep cleaning may be a good idea since when I found it it was very dusty and I dusted off the best I could but I am not going to open it because I do not want to damage it. I will leave that to you the expert.
