GLASS Convex Lens
as OEM rearview mirrors, gives a clear vision on both day and night.
Plastic of ACRYLIC, NOT as clear as glass and low reflection.
Stem
is made of 12mm billet steel, strong for high speed and lower vibration
Aluminum or plastic. Aluminum or plastic stem is too soft to be a single stem and not safety for high speed and always get higher vibration.
Shell
is Made of New Raw ABS Material as OEM specification.
Regrind plastic, mix many unknown plastic materials, easily get rupture in normal use.
Surface finished
by quality Chrome Plating give beautiful shine look & durability. These mirrors are plated in same procedure as OEM mirrors:
Copper Plated on base -> Nickel Plated over Copper Plating -> Chrome Plated on Top.
Each plating are placed in vats for several hours or overnight depends on metal and condition .
Cheap Chrome Plating faded and rust quickly because they do not have three layers plating, and plate for few minutes only to just cover surface.

COMPATIBILTY NOTE:
Most Yamaha have a right hand thread (screws in clockwise) on the left side and a left hand thread (screws in anti-clockwise) on the right side. But few models have other version of 8mm size or right hand thread on both side.
BEFORE BID, pls find out correct thread size and type of your mirrors by the following steps:
( In case buyer does not check and it makes a compatibility issue, buyer will need to follow return policy for a refund )
Remove old mirrors, measure thread diameter, must be in10mm, not 8mm.
Reinstall old mirrors, screw in left side mirror by
turning clockwise and right side mirror by
anti-clockwise
