Used, complete with all body parts. The white plastic has some small melt marks, scuffs, and stains or dirt. Two of the front motor mounting tabs are broken off and missing, and the motor still stays in place okay in my limited testing of the motor, but you might want to lightly glue or otherwise fasten the motor in place better. The motor runs when the braids are touched to a transformer terminal screws, but it hasn't been tested on a track. All 4 tires are old original Eldon parts and have some cracks so you'll probably want to replace them if running the car.The body parts come off very easily so please note that some reassembly will likely be required after shipment, and you might want to spot glue the parts in place if you want this as a shelf model.
