The Best Fluval Fx6 Replacement Lid / Cover Parts. Steel & 3D Printed Parts!

3D printed star knob and steel barrel and bolt with solid threaded connection for Fluval Fx6. These fit on my FX6 perfectly and hold the lid down tight and leak free! each from Fluval for their plastic replacements.
I broke one of my original pieces a while back and it causes a leak. You would think that 7 of 8 clamps would keep water from leaking, but it did not!
I drew the star knobs up in CAD and printed them on my Prusa Printer.
The barrel and bolt were made by hand on my manual lathe.
You will get (1) 3D printed thumb (star) knobs and (1) bolt/barrel part with the hex nut for the star knob. That is to say that you will receive one complete lid/clamp unit.
This is the way they should be made for a filter that costs as much as this one does.
This Fluval spare parts kit is proudly made in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula and will be cleaned with alcohol prior to shipping.
