Vintage Victory Industries VIP Raceways Set R1 Electric Remote Car Racing Toy

For your consideration is this unique vintage Victory VIP Raceways set, as pictured.
The following pieces are included:
8 curved track units
4 straight track units;
2 bridge members;
Crash barriers;
Multi-plug assembly w/ two controllers and supply lead;
4 scale model racing car parts
Original paperwork.
It looks like most of the original pieces are here. The 12v power adapter is not included (it wasn't sold with the unit).
Because I don't have the power adapter, I'm unable to test it and see if it works, or how well it works. It's being sold as-is.
Overall, the VIP Raceways set is in good condition. The box & cardboard shows wear and  some damage.
